We have been in business since 1989 and have garnered the support of many clients and applicants throughout the years due to our integrity and honesty.

We have provided families with experienced and qualified personnel, and we pride ourselves in having a reputation for being highly professional. We intend to gain your full trust as our search begins for you and your family while making this a pleasant experience for everyone.

The first step is to complete a Work Order. This Work Order holds the client's specifications and special requirements for the position being offered. Please feel free to add anything to this Work Order that might be useful to us in selecting the appropriate applicants for you.

There are various fee options for you to choose:

PERMANENT FEE OPTIONS

10% of the Employee’s total gross annual compensation or a minimum of $1,200, 00,whichever is greater (30 day replacement Period, Background Investigation, Fingerprinting Included)

12% of the Employees total gross annual compensation or a minimum of $1,800.00 whichever is greater (120 day Replacement Period, Background Investigation and LiveScan Fingerprinting).

15% of the Employees total gross compensation or a minimum of $2,500.00, whichever is greater (365 day Replacement Guarantee, CPR Certifications, The Professional Housekeeper Certification, LiveScan Fingerprinting.

18% of the Employees total gross compensation or a minimum of $3,500.00, whichever is greater (365 day Replacement Guarantee, First Aid & CPR Certifications, LiveScan Fingerprinting, a legally drafted Agreement personally tailored to your household situation, complete of all initial federal and state new hire forms, a full year of legal advice pertaining to your new domestic employee and an informative household employment guide and answers to legal and tax questions included.)

TEMPORARY SERVICES

Registration fee of $300 for any on call service for one year.  Client will be charged 25% of the Employees total gross compensation for the duration of employment for a minimum of $1,500.00, whichever is greater. (90 Replacement Period and Background Investigations included).

SPECIALIZED BABY CARE:

20% of the Employees total gross compensation for the duration of employment agreement or a minimum of $1,500.00, whichever is greater (unlimited Replacements, Background Investigation, First Aide & CPR Certifications, and LiveScan Fingerprinting). For advanced reservations, Client may be subject to a retainer fee.

IN-HOME  HOUSEHOLD TRAINING BY MARTA PERRONE

$500 for per day of in-home personal training with your household employee in all areas: cleaning, laundry, product use, basic cooking and table setting. Number of days required depends on the client’s needs.  (included is putting employee through a The Professional Housekeeper Certification Program).
