How
We Work
Thank you for contacting Domestic Connections Agency.
We have been in business since 1989 and have garnered the support
of many clients and applicants throughout the years due to our
integrity and honesty.
We have provided families with experienced and qualified personnel,
and we pride ourselves in having a reputation for being highly
professional. We intend to gain your full trust as our search
begins for you and your family while making this a pleasant experience
for everyone.
The first step is to complete a Work Order. This Work Order holds
the client's specifications and special requirements for the position
being offered. Please feel free to add anything to this Work Order
that might be useful to us in selecting the appropriate applicants
for you.
You may interview at anytime in our office, your home or anywhere
else that is convenient for all parties. We provide a criminal
background, reference and driving check on any candidate subject
to hire.
We also make sure that our nannies are registered with Trustline
as it is a requirement by California state law. You will receive
all and any information that we gather on any individual we present
to you for consideration.
If you are interested in one of our applicants, we offer you
a trial period so that you have a few days up to a week to work
together before everyone makes their decision. If after the trial
period, you decide to hire the candidate, we will ask you to sign
our contract and pay a placement fee.
Our fee structure is 15% of the annual gross salary. Trustline
registration for your nanny is an additional $43 to the Department
of Social Services.
We cover the fingerprinting charge that is required by the Department
of Justice. If there are any changes within six months of signing
our contract, a replacement that meets the original requirements
set forth on the Work Order will be provided at no additional
fee. Let us know if there are any questions that we can answer
for you.
Thank you again for the opportunity to be of service to you.
Sincerely yours,

Marta Perrone |
