How
We Work
The way in which we work is to first receive your application
via email or fax so that we can look it over. We also will speak
to you over the phone to pre-screen you regarding your references
and experience. If we feel that we can assist you in finding a
job, we will set up a meeting to meet with you.
When you come to meet us, we require that you bring us all your
letters of reference, certificates and diplomas, identification,
proof of legality to work in this country and any other items
that will support your resume. We do not charge for an application.
After we have gathered all the necessary information, we will
sit down with you and discuss your application and what kind of
position is best for you based on your qualifications. We will
go over salary requirements, where you want to work and all your
particular needs for employment. We will review your education
and experience in the field and recommend what other things you
might consider to be better qualified for the position you are
seeking.
Our next step is to begin to set up interviews with good families.
Interviews often take place in the client's home, but sometimes
are conducted in our office. We expect you to follow certain protocol
when interviewing with our clients and will inform you of what
is expected. We will never force you to take a position that is
not suitable and we expect that you will never take a position
out of desperation. We want to create long-term positive and honest
working relationships between our clients and candidates.
